ColourChord offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, renewal, and payment terms presented during the transaction. Subscriptions are handled via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Some features may require you to sign in using your email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. You retain ownership of any palettes or content you create, but we may store them for functionality.
By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so. The images remain private to you and are not shared publicly.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app for illegal purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ColourChord for violations of these Terms.
ColourChord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
